Aim for about 550-600mg for your next journey into the dextroverse. Try a combonation of 3oz Delsym and one bottle of Gel Caps (Robotussin Gel Caplets, 30 caplets/15mg each).
Oh, and if you do, make sure to avoid direct sunlight and bright artifical light, and try to aviod watching anything on TV with a dark storyline to it ~_^

A plateau 1 trip is a waste of time....I usually take 2 entire bottles of delsym (300ml) and a bottle of robitussin gelcaps (20 pills) which is a little over 1000mg but Delsym is weaker than robitussin....and it takes longer to break down as well as extends your trip. The reason I take the Robitussin gel caps is because it increases the ratio of DXO produced in your body...which makes you trip.

And so did the size of roads when i crossed them lol. at one point when i was being driven around, i closed my eyes and i felt like i was ( but knew i wasnt) made of red feathers. the feathers, together made the shape of my body. when the car made sharp turns on corners, i felt the feathers rubbing into eachother and it was very pleasurable :)

i did the exact same thing: going from one bottle to 2... I fuckin freaked out.
word of advice: maybe dont drink both bottles at once... drink one then give it 2-3 hours before you drink the other one.
