Also a big culprit is that people often do not wash between their toes as frequently as they realize. They shower or bathe. Sticking them in the water or spraying the shower water does not really cleanse them. Its like just sticking your clothes in the washer for a second and taking them out.. You have to get in between them all with a wash cloth or pouf. Sandals and thongs also harbor bacteria. I recommend swabbing down sandals and thongs with rubbing alcohol/dial antibacterial soap.

take a zinc tablet every day (50mg) for foot odor...it really works! My 16 year old daughter has been taken them for some time now. Zinc won't hurt you, it actually helps your immune system.
