the singing is fantastic...i would get rid of the C in the chord progression. Too happy of a chord for the song. And the lead needs to worry about what notes to play and not how fast

Good work, different key and all. The solos on guitar were all avant-garde, like guitar versions of what free jazz sax player Ornette Coleman would do. Here's something I'd love to see next: a cover of "Ordinary People"! That one is awesome but remembering all the lyrics of that 18 minute epic would be something. If I had a band at the moment, I'd do it. It's not a complicated chord arrangement after all, just a really really long tune (nine verses long).
