Great interview! I didn't realize that he was 30 when he finally "made it". That's a good thing. He shows a lot of maturity and insight that comes with growth and life experience (and I know he can be difficult, but Hey! He wants it the way he wants it, and I respect that). I think if he had hit it big at 20, he might have been too reckless, and might have crashed and burned. As it is, he's maintained a great, solid career. Let's hear it for us 30-somethings!
