@yi1294 I asked my T-Mobile dealer if it would charge but they said no. I never got charged for more when i left the data roaming on.

@MrSlim8338 did you restore your phone? if you did go to setting > messages see if there is MMS Messaging tab if there is and its off turn it on.

after playing around with it I got it to work never mind!!!!
