@squakeyes There's definitely a debate for the 1994-95 season...Penn State and Nebraska had similar schedules and talent, and obviously both teams finished undefeated. The Nittany Lions had one of the best offenses ever, and the Blackshirts had Touchdown Tommie, LP, and the Blackshirts. It's a shame they didn't meet in a bowl game.

Yeah well, when Osbourne was willing to play a total criminal at RB who is now serving a 10 year prison sentence for the assault on his college girlfriend, who also happened to be an NU women's basketball player, I guess it's easier to get an edge. Currently, Phillips is serving a 31 year sentence, for separate domestic abuse charges, hitting three teenagers with his car, and auto theft.

Nebraska was overwhelming in this game, no doubt, and Osborne outcoached Spurrier something awful. Spurrier thought his five offensive linemen could protect Wuerffel with no backs? Not a chance.
