The moment I like best is the 'Jason takes Manhatten' showdown, in which the New York sewers get flooded with acid, "like every night", according to someone in the film, because it significally shows the filmmaker's low expectations in their audience's knowlege about things happening in the world.

I was 15 years old and I was really upset about someone expecting me or anyone else to be dumb enough to believe that crap.

The original movie has always been a bit eerie for me because I did a stint as a camp counselor back in the 90's and we had a real Friday the 13th type situation unfold; no one got killed, but we were terrorized for weeks by someone who we never caught. Surprised while talking about the scene at #4 he didn't talk about the bit where Jason sends the punks running in the opposite direction by just lifting up his mask. It's definitely a highlight reel moment.

My favourite moment has to be when he gets the axe in his head in Part 3 and then after reeled back for a second, continues to reach out for Chris. He took it like a pro before he was ever a zombie.
