lol Bottom Dwellers. Yeah, it is funny how WWE wrestlers that join TNA get watered down versions of their old music, although I must admit they did a decent job with Christian Cage's music. I think the best theme song in TNA is Beautiful People's theme song though Yes on Halloween costume idea!
For those that missed our little poll at the end of this video. The poll is as follows: "Would you, The Backstage Pass Fans and Pro Wrestling & You-Niverse Fans like to see us, The Backstage Pass, conduct an episode wearing Halloween Costumes? Do you want a Halloween Edition of The Backstage Pass?
Also, if you guys liked our "Top 25 Favorite Superstars," would you loyal fans like to see a "Top 25 LEAST Favorite Superstars?" Vote and we will see what happens!! Isn't voting fun...?
Also, other than that aspect of the show, I liked this week's Backstage Pass. I just hope you guys don't venture back into TNA territory again. I'm not going to lie, that iMPACT did suck, but not every show has been like that one over the past month. They're actually running a good program right now, and I can say that without any bias towards either the WWE or TNA. WWE has good going on too, but this week's mainstream wrestling experience as a whole felt a bit lax
In all fairness, you caught iMPACT at the worst time possible. This week's show was following a PPV, and nights after PPVs are never that good, even in the WWE, ESPECIALLY after a big PPV. It's not like the WWE was setting the world on fire this week, either, as you mentioned.
I maintain that you shouldn't bash, and should just leave it be if you don't have anything good whatsoever to say about the product, otherwise you look like complete WWE marks.
Other than the TNA is Trash, we didn't really bash it. According to the episode, Booker T is Forrest Whitacker, Christy Hemme did get raped (much like the creepy Michael Cole/Heidenreich segment on SmackDown years ago), Kurt Angle is better than all of TNA, and former WWE / now TNA wrestlers have cheap knockoffs of their WWE musics. All facts. :-D
TNA is trash is bashing enough, and you didn't really highlight any part of the program that might indicate why you sat and watched it for an hour. As for the music...well, not really. Christian's music in TNA is actually NOT an instrumental of the Waterproof Blonde song he had in his last days in the WWE, it's an Evanescence instrumental. Kurt Angle's entrance music is a remix instrumental of Lunatic Fringe by Red Rider. I can't argue Book's, but in all fairness the WWE ripped his WCW theme
Well, Booker T's music was property of WCW, and when the WWE bought it, they acquired the musics as well. So, it was okay for the WWE to use Booker T's WCW Theme, or the nWo theme and so on. But in regards to TNA, I think its safe to say that The Backstage Pass will leave the other members of Pro Wrestling & You-Niverse to handle all TNA and UFC reviews. We at The Backstage Pass are your #1 source for WWE news on this network!
I'm just saying, it's not like the WWE's never done the same. Dreamer's music is an instrumental of his ECW Man in the Box theme, RVD had the One Of A Kind, which has a similar feel to Pantera's "Walk" Promotions do this, so I just think it's kind of silly to point out this as a "flaw"
We, sir, were not pointing out flaws. We were pointing out facts. These were the lessons that we learned from watching TNA Impact. WWE does cheap knockoffs, too.
