it's Latin Hildegard Von Bingen didn't know to write herself but she had a scribe that did and transcribed this play and many other wondrous creations .

Where did you get that idea from?? She did not only know how to write, but she invented an alphabet and a sort of conlang. Besides religious plays and poetry she authored a book on natural sciences. Definitely not illiterate!
