Take lessons, if you want to start doing this sport, it is best to just take lessons. To figure it out yourself takes a lot of time, and then you have to buy your own gear, nah not such a good idea, what if you don't like it and just spent over €1000,- or you could break it due to being inexperienced

Just put the Kite 12 o´´clock no power there or boddy drag and get ur board again :)

if you lose your board you can body-tack, using your body like a sailboard fin, to get to where your board is. the only real problem is if the wind goes away entirely, then you have to wait for the wind, or swim in your kite. they teach this stuff in kiteboarding classes.

no that fine with a lake.. up here in luleå (sweden) we kite at the ice/snow on the frozen river and that's just perfect both for touring and for "normal" kiting with jumps and so on..

lol no it wasnt. waroo 06 sold loads becuase it was an awesome kite. you ever flown one?

whahaha. this is the lowest quality kite there is. it was very cheap and a lot of ppl bought the waroo 06. After 10 kite sessions the kite needs to be replaced. But Best kiteboarding received a lot of money by sellin the 2006 so with that money they made some nice 2007 models. but best waroo 2006 sucks as hell...
