can someone tell me how you fitted the metal to the guitar im making something similar, but i dont want to weld it because it will damage the guitar i think? and i cant think of a reasonable way to do it, any help is greatly appreciated :))
@MrMcWeirdo A fairly short delay, with 100% feedback (so it repeats over and over either for a veeerrryyyy long time, or infinitely), then just sweep from low to high with the stab till it gets to full and goes silent. Im pretty positive that's how it was done on the studio track.
@diana002563 haha ill take that as a compliment! It isn't a Manson, I made it myself for a customer, and Yes, the back and sides of the body are painted, but the top has a 3mm sheet of aluminium.
I Faved this, I liked it so every1 on twitter can see too, and ill send it to all my friends, for 2000 views is like 50000 short if you look at the quality of this:D
The intro riff is awesome. Surely thats not just the Fuzz Factory? Or is that the Motherbucker or amp helping it?
Also, the delays and phaser sound incredible.
If you don't mind me asking, what amp do you use, and more importantly, what are the FF settings set at inside the guitar? Is it standard Gate at none, Drive at mid? And so what are the stab/comp settings throughout the song?
@cizzlen07 Cheers. im pretty chuffed with the views it has gotten so far, but its more so I can show people my previous work as a luthier than showing off guitar skills haha.
@Gswish14 It cost the customer £1200 in total. But he already had the Fuzz Factory and Phase 90 to be installed, so it would have been £1500 in total if not for that.
@Factorofsound Not bad considering it cost me a total of $6k AU to get a true MB-1 here to Australia. Had the option of getting a Delorean at the same time (mentioned after I'd dropped the 6k already) but couldn't justify spending upwards of 10k in a week on guitars. Looks good though mate, well done.

Great tone, nice guitar, but your technique could use some work on the clean A minor interlude. Nice work nonetheless!

Holy fuck that tone is insane.
