I respect this band is because they could make political parties and countries separated. They don't stereotype a country's people even thought their government is shit, from their interview I can see they really understand politics unlike lots of retarded wankers curse people on Youtube but doing nothing constructive in their lives. @LambOfGod4Life888 Well CHTHONIC are more of a "historian Band" than a political one. This is really the only straight out political song they ever did. Everything else they do is pretty much about Taiwan's history and myth which of course sometimes is link to politics. They are proud Taiwanese people and they love their culture but they seem to be (at least Freddy is) more political off the stage than they are on it

@mysw321 Yes and no. Yes they promote Taiwan independence, Freddy the singer is very vocal about this issue but they speak more about Taiwanese culture, history and mythology in their albums than actual present day politics.
