The oil companies do not pay more, since they have a long term contract locked at few dollars/B. The Stock Market is manipulated by these acts, so they can charge me and you... @ax All anyone need do is research the hidden oil well's in Los Angeles, we have them ALL over the place their are building structures built that surround the oils, they are right in the heart of Los Angeles, and have been VERY well kept hidden. And besides, even if they are, do you really understand how much oil the US uses? Such tiny wells would probably keep LA going, but the reast of the country needs powering too you know.
