Bishop Chandler David Owens doesn't whoop or holler, BUT he was one of the GREATEST Preacher's ever produced by the Church of God in Christ.
I love the way he weaves his messages. He was such a GREAT storyteller !!!!

Bishop Chandler Owens is the only one who can get away with giving a sermonette when he suppose to introduce the eulogist, Bishop Charles E. Blake. Honeslty, after Bishop Owens, there was no need for Bishop Blake to preach.
