the only thing you have to do to save a lot of time is to find out how you could recover after you land using the Up B move. Thats about it then you save like 5 seconds lol
me 2... i got 31 seconds... this guy never jumps to high he cancels all his landings perfectly this shaves a lot of time off... if u add it up ittl be like 7 seconds or so...
think about it jumping to high... u go too far then u need to fall down again... he jumps from under perfect hight.. so he lands faster...my best with ness is 31... its same as his but slower :P

YOu don't set TAS "on" or something. It simply means USING certain tools to slow the game down, usually to 1 frame per second (Normally runs with 60 frames per second). So you play in "Super slow mode". Everything you see here actually happened A LOT slower.

No, with SSB it doesnt say new record until after you beat it the first time, and this is a Tool Assisted Speedrun, as mentioned in the title.
