  • If he'd cut his hair, he'd be pretty handsome.

  • he's not ugly just old!

  • its the hair nothing more

  • I find him ruggedly attractive ! <3

  • He isn't so ugly... seems like just older than Alix...

  • Is this like Beauty and the beast er something?

  • It's a terrible idea to call your dog Bad Dog! What do you say when they're actually being bad? You say "Bad dog!" This dog is just going to think he's just saying his name and he's not going to be able to tell when he's being bad or not.

  • wow i am kinda atttracted to him

  • if you look close into him , he is truly beautiful

  • He's got amazing eyes !

  • Uhhm...they have no "chemistry" whatsoever?...and he's hideous to look at (sorry) I know that's totally superficial.

  • When they were talking about the fiction character and how he is such a great guy that he should have some happiness. I asked the same question about Cyrano De Bergerac.

  • How can a man so isolated from other beings write books about other people?

Where does he get his inspiration from?

Is chick-lit so far from the real world that this isolation doesn't matter?

Doesn't the beast need a haircut?

  • @ssesf Well, to answer your questions, I know a few people that are isolated in some sense and write. My literature professor in college is one. And I myself. It has to do with feeling. Some people who shield themselves from the world tend to be more intuitive. Some people shield themselves because they are shy, some because they are introverts, and some fear being hurt. Like Lee. Like me in real life. Writing becomes so much easier for people like "us" I guess, I can't explain it any other way.

  • @ssesf When you become or are naturally sedated, you develop a highly imaginative, active mind because your social interaction becomes so limited. You develop interesting ways of communicating and language becomes a game. Lee might get his inspiration from what he dreams of doing, being. Dreaming but never being. It becomes real difficult to open up and when something great happens, we doubt it. I don't think chick-lit is so farfetched as you think. Keep reading and see what you'll find.

  • @ssesf And finally...he does not need a haircut. I think he looks just fine. It softens up his appearance. Please don't bash me, I was just trying to be nice and answer your questions. I hope you kind of understand where I'm coming from here. I know it's just a movie, but some things from movies are very real. Do you know anything about Myers-Briggs Type Indication? I think I'd classify Lee as classic INFP. Search it and you'll see they click. Anyways, hope you enjoyed the movie! I know, long.

  • @AnnieBanana978 Thank you for taking your time to answer. I see your points. I do get through a fair share of chick-lit as I read the books I find/exchange at the hostels I stay at... and I see way too many chick-flicks... especially Korean. I made a friend in Argentina from watching this movie. I haven't come across Type Indication since taking Psychology in highschool and reading some Karl Jung later. We took a test. Haircut: never understood my ex-girlfriend found Gerard Depardieu attractive.

  • WTF is up with Lee's hair? It looks like my gradmothers do.

  • OMG he went through her purse and took her camera! Not cool Beast. Not cool at all.

  • he's not ugly

    he's got excellent cheek bones

  • whos the dude that plays lee?

  • @MakaiaEvangelyWolf94 jamey sheridan
