  • I learned about Donna Eden when I was a student at the Healing Arts Center school for Massage Therapy in St. Louis, MO - I'm so grateful to know about this and be practicing it again... While in school several years ago, we did the Daily Energy Routine every morning. I slowly fell out of practice.... and now I'm BACK and even more appreciative! :o)

  • You took such a beautiful breath at 0:27 :) It made me want to breath deep :D You're very happy to listen to and now I am going to continue breaking up the negative energy and living in the positive moment of right now :D

  • Fabulous Information. I've been a student of "natural' for a number of years and your teachings are so "on". Excellent !! THANK YOU for sharing! With Love and Gratitude, Jane Myers, Mind Mastery Radio, owner

  • Cool!!!

  • pretty :)

  • hey, donna i’m a little confused, here you say triple warmer is an inch above the belly button then an inch either way. and kidney meridian is directly to the sides. But in your other lymph. flush video you say the opposite? that triple warmer is right next to the bye button? thank you for all the doors you are opening for all of us…love love lo

  • I get a lot of benefit from doing this.

  • Thank u Donna! This is lovely

  • It's amazing how such simple physical movements can help me feel relaxed and balanced... ready to go forward for the day. Thank you Donna!

  • Great video...Thanks...

  • thank you

  • This is pretty cool. It's sorta like many of the exercises, science of the body, and energy meditations in Kundalini Yoga.

  • thank you - love this!!!!

  • Amazing! This really works! Absolutely love this! This is now officially part of my morning routine!

  • @escobarbrigitte Dunno if you wanted a more 'conventional' explanation, but here goes: The tapping exercise does nothing (other than 'open chakras' or whatev), cross-crawl is a (very) basic warm-up exercise, the Wayne-Cook is a very light stretch position (glute/ankle for the lower, shoulder/wrist for the arm-twist), then we get some self-massage--most of which doesn't actually reach muscle tissue. Barring the 'new-age placebo' effect, you would be better off doing basic yoga.

  • @11lbsofcheese @escobarbrigitte I doubt if you did the wayne cook posture test (get someone to read a paragraph and energy test them, and energy test the audience you're reading to. If both go weak you need to do the exercise.) you would fix a negative result with a bit of glute stretching lol. ps. If however you read the text backwards and the person needs to get the energy crossing, the audience and the reader will test strong. That amazing. The videos of it I'm sure are on here. 1 many egs

  • I am curious to know what these exercises actually do to the body, anyone knows?

  • @escobarbrigitte Hi there, if you look up the points that Donna taps, you will find that they are accupuncture/shiatsu pressure points and help to activate the maridians of the body and unblock our stuckness; making us feel clearer, more energised and helping our body to keep itself healthy.

  • @rozjones2007 thanks :)
