i suggest that you get some of those things that are circular with the two pointy legs that bend that you use when you bind paper together *paper rivets i think that they are called* when they have a hole punched in them for the bolts instead of drawing them on and it will look cooler *you can buy them at staples* also i embossed the symbol in with a flathead screwdriver for realism... IT CAME OUT AWESOME! thanks for the tut tho'.

Try using Gorilla Glue, it would make the plate stick better. Also, you can use a wood burner to ingrave the symbol into the band. And for the three holes, plain silver buttons work good.

But other than that, this video is very helpful!

if the faceplate dosent stay on then try using a hot glue gun. if you dont have a hot glue gun then try to use lots of glue from a glue stick or just elmers wet glue. If the cloth band dosent stay on then just tie it tighter.
