I like this guy's writing and thoughts, and when he said he's very admiring of people on a raw food diet, he stole my heart away! I'm going back from raw food to cooked without guilt and without shame and without disease and misery. One can succeed but all the sacrifices one makes, even if they get a system that works well and they feel well. Yeah I know there are people who win marathons. I know! I admire raw fooders too.
