Jarre's Oxygene, Equinoxe and Magnetic Fields are in my opinion the best of his work. 7-13 is what Tangerine Dream did with "The Dream Mixes" an old material mixed to be more upbeat and danceable. Jarre's double LP China Concert is noteworthy also. Randevous, Zoolook, Chronologie, Custeau etc... I do not know.... I miss the "old" Jarre. :)

I had problems with Zoolook at first, too, but now I really like it :)

After that though, I'm definitely loosing it - Rendezvous really disconnected me, and beyond that, nothing really inspired me. Chronologie I found a little embarassing - like he's making a cheap version of trance techno.

But everyone should hear what they want.

My faves are Oxygene,Equinoxe and Zoolook, Magnetic Field is 4th place :)

Looks like Jarre is performing in the style of Yellow Magic Orchestra. Interesting approach.

i think he was taking a good approach, its way better than anything he done since oxygene 7-13 not counting chronologie (i only like 2 or 3 songs from that cd), i think he needed a new direction and i think he could have done a lot with this project, but oh well, they dissapeared after once concert (the vizitors band)

AFAIK it was only ever performed at Okinawa and has never been officially released. However, it's easy to find a bootleg recording of the entire Okinawa gig on the internet. :)

I found it on a rare jarre bootlegs website (which long has been taken down), u could still find in on shareware under "The Vizitors - Rendevous In Space"
