I'm on day 5 of phase 2. I'm down 4 pounds. I had a few moments of weakness today and had oreo's. My question is 4 lbs is that good or bad & what did you do to NOT cheat on HCG?
Thanks for the support. Lost another 1.5 today for a total now of 29.5 lost. It sure feels good to see and feel the changes after losing 25 lbs doesn't it. I'm jealous of you being on p3! I can't wait for the next phase. Good luck with p3 and keep us posted.

yeah im on 1,500 calories :) i read labels too and write down all the calories that i have a dayt :) i had 300 calories today! :)

Great work I am just starting lost 8lbs. in 6 days and i Feel great clothes loser and you are going , keep going.
