La principal diferencia es que en el FITNESS (también conocido como "Fitness Atlético") se hacen las poses de los 4 perfiles y una coreografía libre con la música y el vestuario que quiera la atleta. Puntúa tanto la puesta a punto como la coreografía (flexibilidad, dificultad, etc).

En el BODYFITNESS se hacen sólo las poses de los 4 perfiles, sin coreografía. También es conocido como "Fitness Figura".
