My impression is that there has to be other life out there in the universe. Thordendal's music is out of this world. It's so alien, and yet the polyrhythmic groove feels so natural. Fredrik is the king.

Iv'e listened to so many song and different styles of music. I finally found what Iv'e been looking all these years. I know what I like and what I can actually appreciate. I am home.

Thank you, that's how I felt to when I listened to this album for the first time.

I listen to pretty much anything, but metal is on top of my list, and Meshuggah is on top of the metal list. They changed the way I listen to music forever.

Sol Niger within is where the concept takes the most depth. You can even feel some of the Special Defects on Catch 33.

It's unbelievably good,strange,brutal and ill but also beautiful with the solos and melody Thordendal managed to pull out of the mud.
