great video, helped a lot, just booked one for my business trip. just wondering if you had to request a balcony or any tips on getting it? i don't think all jr suites have balconies and street view.
Around 80% of the rooms have balconies. As soon as I booked my room, I called the hotel and asked them to put a note on my reservation that I would like a room with a balcony. When I checked in, around 10pm, I reminded the receptionist of this and it wasn't a problem. You should be able to get a balcony room fairly easy. I doubt more than 80% of the Jr. Suites are typically occupied at one time. Good Luck!
Good Location. From Tower 3 (the farthest tower from the strip), it was about a 5-10 minute walk out of the hotel and onto the strip. New York New York, Planet Hollywood, the Bellagio and many other casinos are within walking distance. There are also several restaurants in and around the hotel. The hotel is on the south side of the strip, so you may want to grab a cab if you are heading far north, such as to the Stratosphere. Better yet, just take the Monorail from the station inside the MGM.
Thank you for the great video tour! I know where I am going to stay now! :)
