I view shampoo as soap( cleaning getting all the dirt off etc.) and conditioner as lotion (moisturizing etc) ..... so of course i wouldn't use this method but maybe if you found an all natural shampoo you could shampoo more than once a month... because a lot of regular shampoos re drying and damaging
@mycutiebaby123 she only get a shampoo once a month she gets a co-wash every 2weeks and as you see buy how healthy her hair is it seem to be working for us
@vaybabysmom I don't mean to butt in (if you feel like I am just disregard this comment) but pink oil has mineral oil in it, which coats the hair and will not allow moisture to penetrate the hair shaft. you should use a creamy leave in conditioner that'll give it some slip.
what do you recommend for a 10month old. im not going to sit her under a dry or use a blow drier. She has thick hair that is hard to comb through. If she starts crying I stop. I've tried olive oil which helped with combing but her hair dries up very fast. She has a lot of hair, much more than other babies. I just want to know what I can do for her dryness. I use the J&J baby shampoo with pink oil following since they arent harsh on her hair.
I was SO GRATEFUL when I grew up for my mom and her being stubborn as a mule with my hair. She NEVER let me get a relaxer, even when I begged and later in high school those same girls I envied with their relaxers had the thinnest hair and it was so damaged!
Ur daughters hair is BEAUTIFUL..pls keep it up and continue to take gud care of it like u r doing now...indeed when she gets older she will be so thanks, kids hair r so incredible inportant for me so when it is done well..i am happy! Thanks mum!
