  • This video post is an Epic beautiful tribute to Ms. Judy , i honnor you Mr.King

  • @MrDACooling...thank you so much for you wonderful comment...glad you enjoyed it!! :))

  • The reason Judy attracts gay men is simply, they recognize true art, and unimaginable talent, just like a great opera, timeless

  • i am a failed gay.. how could i not know this....amazing..(but with judy i expect nothing less).

  • Judy was certainly the most emotional live singer ever.

you could feel her pain and thats why her audience in her later days was mostly gay men.

  • Truly a Rose in this song I mean she gave it her all all the time but this one is the that she felt every time in her own heart.you have to have felt this in order to sing this as she did.My GOD she is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That is an other thing she knew how to breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still loving you Barb...

  • Thank you very much for the fine visual tribute to what I have always thought one of Judy's great live vocals. This reading is powerful and moving, and the orchestra blazing in back in the final chorus still makes the hair on the back of my head stand up. No one is going to attempt that final note in the middle of an hour's singing. \Thank you also for the tasteful closing image. The Judy Garland rose is, like the star herself, loved all over the world.

  • She makes you crie... She is the best

  • She makes me crie.... She is the very very best !!!!!!

  • brilliant .. brlliant and .. brilliant

  • It's one of her BEST.

  • such raw honest emotion. who else does this like her?

  • I love her singing... A classic!!!

  • God i love this woman!

  • Up until the second she hits that note i can never believe she'll hit it. She does every time. Sublime.

  • You know....there needs to be a Special Button on Youtube Just For Judy....'Like' just isn't enough! There isn't another singer on the planet who makes you Forget to Breathe! She was simply the Best. Ever.

    ^^X^^

  • @batman4oz....thank you so much for your awesome comment...that's a really nice thing to say about Judy! :))

  • @MrKingsRow Spot on :)

  • Still a strong voice, older but wiser...and still the gumption to move on. All the great stars have this element of strength, amid weakness....virtue among the faults. The great stars tell us about life....and how to live it.

  • Her final years. Voice holding on by a thread. God said "Judy, I give you one more shining moment". This was it. That unrelenting Bolero/Ravel beat showin no mercy and she went for it and created a pop music masterpiece. I also want to thank Gilbert Becaud for the song - merci ....

  • @dirtyblondny...thank you for your great comment...glad you enjoyed it...I agree with what you said...A Masterpiece! :))

  • @dirtyblondny

I don't think I've ever read a better or more apt posting on Youtube. When I first heard this recording many years ago I thought "she'll never make the last note her voice is breaking up" - How wrong was I! A truly magnificent curtain call for a truly wonderful singer who gave everything she had in this performance.

Thank you Mr Kings Row for posting it and reming me how great was Judy.

  • @dirtyblondny THAT is a great comment.

    Thank you.

  • Gorgeous pictures frame one of the most stunning performances ever...passionate and in great voice Judy's tremendous "What Now My Love" is timeless and memorable & a true vocal classic...Bravo Judy!

  • She opened the Chicago show in May 1965 with "My Kind of Town", followed, we believe, by "When You're Smiling"

  • Thanks for letting me know that, glad you liked this one! :)

  • Judy sang this 6 months later in Chicago. We were there and remember this song as one of the better parts of the show
