  • Wash confirms it

    Gina Torres : DAT ASS

  • I kept expecting the grunts to look under the plates in the kitchen, because surely the siblings would hide THERE XD

  • Thanks fellow Browncoats, for uploading these videos! Now I can watch them all day at work!

  • Ah yes Reavers, a bunch of savages pillaging in dark space. We have dismissed that claim.

  • 4:30 onwards... My favourite minute in TV history so far.

  • @SillyEddyPhotography It's the best use of music in the entire series, and one of my favourite TV moments, too. ^__^

  • I love nathan fillion!!!!

  • @JOEYnoJUSTU22 Mal did tell the alliance officer to destroy the derelict, even though he originally was going to tow it back. Though if he had towed it back one of his superiors would've probably destroyed it anyways to cover up Miranda, so in a way you're right. That may have happened anyways.

  • Yea yea come get me I'm under a plate...wtf...come on man...seriously!?!

  • Of course the Alliance destroyed the derelict. Wouldn't want to let on about Miranda.....

  • @JOEYnoJUSTU22 If you recall, Mal told them to destroy the derelict. It wasn't because of the conspiracy. The Alliance officer obviously had no idea Reavers actually existed. He was originally going to tow the ship back, so how does that cover up Miranda?

  • @Toomin70 I don't recall Mal telling them to do so, but I'll take your word for it. In my defense about the conspiracy, the officer could have gotten word from his superiors who DID know. But that's really digging a little deep, I must admit. LOL :)

  • @JOEYnoJUSTU22 He could have, but I'm pretty sure even his superiors were unaware of the conspiracy. That's just what I got from it though. The Operative didn't even know the origin of the Reavers, and he did know quite a bit about the Alliance. I think it's safe to say the conspiracy was limited to members of the Parliament, and maybe only a few select members at that.

  • @Toomin70 Ah. Good point. :)

Side point: Gotta love us Browncoats, debating this matter as though it were an intense historical moment in need of critical analyzation. Lol ;)

  • @JOEYnoJUSTU22 Sci-fi action serials warrant the same level of critical analysis as intense historical moments.:p

  • @Toomin70 WORD. ;)

  • cool, starship troopers searching the ship...

  • "You fought with him in the war?" "I fought with a lot of people in the war." "And your husband?" "Fight with him sometimes too." <3

  • I can't remember the video title, but a blooper real somewhere else here on YouTube had several other hilarious lines by Wash during this interrogation.

I still love the interrogation lines they kept in, especially Zoe, Wash, Kaylee, and Jayne

  • Shit that guy's face freaked me out. I just watched this at 2 am. Not good.

  • @Firestar101779 XD You know, I have to thank you for that warning. I'm up at 1 am now and I know I would've freaked out if I hadn't known.

  • What a purple-belly.

  • In a comment about an earlier episode, someone reflected on the accurate and proper rendering of explosions such as at the end of this segment. No atmosphere, no sound. Viewers hear such explosions in major science fiction theatrical releases, not because film makers are unknowledgeable but because they know that the masses would have a problem with soundless explosions. Why should a rational person have a problem with that? Humans are something else.

  • omg thank u so much for posting these! ur awesome =) lol

  • Another great episode =D

  • "Thanks. Now I'll really have the advantage!" ahaha <3

  • 4:30 'nope, no one hiding under these placemats, damn!'

  • I Love you for having this on here. You made my night :)

  • Do you think Mal had similar experience with the Reavers but just didn't change? Would explain the 'real him' in episode 10 with Niska

  • @nashty31113 I think it has more to do with his experiences in the Unification War. He was a pretty rough sergeant then, and afterward had to go almost solo, except for Zoe of course, but that got him toughened up pretty well. The 'real him' actually reminds me of a few people I know.

  • Damn your clever Mal.
