To help with pirouttes you just have to practice a lot!! Make sure you are spotting, trying to pull up and push down at the same time and make sure you are using all your muscles, especially your core!

For extentions, the trick is learning to stretch your legs from the socket, it sounds painful but it isn't :) that will allow them to extend higher, it's hard to do at first, but ask your teacher for suggestions and stretches

yes, she is a beautiful dancer, aside from the facial expressions. but her movement is very repetitive and not too original. her strength and technique are impeccable but her originality in movement and phrasing needs some more depth to it.
