All of the work here is good, and I got the point very early on, but I didn't understand the reason behind many of the cut-aways. (forgive my ignorance of video terminology)
Self critique: This took 45 minutes to put together from start to finish. Used for internal purposes to recognize Mike the Great! I hope it did justice to all his good work. He had lots of great footage for me to edit. We appreciate you Mike!

Opening slide imagery style seemed a bit dated - but the music helped a lot. At times music was competing with VO. Info was good. Well Done.
