    Funny that now, being 28, I understand that I now appriciate these real-life videos waaaaaay much more than all "official" training videos, though 10 years ago i thought different.

    REAL motivation boost for my next workout. Sometimes its becoming routine, which it shouldnt. I LOVE being at workout feeling like a soldier in combat.

  • Great vid Kev...looking very strong. Your max is probably in the 430 range right now...keep it up. 450 lbs is within sight.

  • I am definitely going to struggle with 355 lbs bro...my best is 4 reps for 1 set. I don't know about 4 sets...we'll see I guess. Great motivation here though...

  • how long do you rest between sets? I'm going heavy right now and I get over excited and take approximately 3-4 min because of adrenaline. Would u recommend more rest between sets.

  • I'm taking your advice and trying a similar technique. I started off this week with 4 sets of 4 reps with 340. I can already get 405 but i want to target 420. The only difference is i train chest once per week. My only question is at what point do you try 405. Are you maybe going to 365 for 4 sets of 4 before you try 405? Or do you got by a time period of somekind?

  • that is exactly what i thought! I hear that Battlefield song ALL THE TIME at work. Luckily I train at a very "manly" Bodybuilding gym that plays nothing but guns n roses, black sabbath, creed, and some good house music.

  • Buddy, without great genetics, you wont go very far, and be very happy as a pro. Also realize pro bbers use loads of steroids *fact*. You'll have to stick your ass with needles 4 or so times a week, each and every week you are doing a cycle of steroids. After a cycle, you'll have to use other drugs to get yourself back to normal between cycles. The drugs cost a good deal of money. I know you're just a 17 yr old, who's wet behind the ears, so I just thougt I would open your eyes a little.
