@Destiiny28 for only 16.50, paintpots are pretty much amazing. i just bought painterly the other day, and it is a fantastic base. They aren't as creamy as urban decay primer potion, but they do add color to your lid, which is perfect if your eyelids aren't perfect. Painterly is great, but my personal favorite is bare study

@Destiiny28 To tell you the truth, i have very oily eyelids and my paint pots make my shadows more vibrant and they don't crease throughout the day. I don't use urban decay up primer potion or too faced shadow insurance under it, and it is just fine. But my eyes look their best when i use higher quality eyeshadows. The mac eyeshadows are nothing short of amazing.
