I think smoking too young can stunt emotional growth. But, everyone is different. I had anxiety and depression before weed so that may have been a problem of mine.

I like Chubbs' analysis. Completely agree. And like they also said, with ADD and the way it's being treated these days by big pharma I would agree again and say on rare occasion Marijuana should be used as a medicine to treat rare occasions. So whatever age the ADD really starts to take bad affect maybe 14 or 15, let them give it a try.

I started in 6th grade i think i was 12 (17 now) and i did very well in school. But when it WILL be legalised i believe the legal age should be 21. I've seen immature 40 year olds so you will always have immature people but 21 seems to be a reasonable age.

i am 13 and I have a very bad sleeping disorder and it takes me about 4 to six hours to fall asleep and my doctor suggested sleeping pills but i refused on account to ho how addictive they are and i am totally against most man made meds i tried everything including melatonin but it didnt work but now i smoke a bowl 2 hours before i want to go to bed and i sleep great and beleive it or not it makes life easier and all the people who say that teens who smoke are just recreational its not true

Man, I didn't really have a child hood. My parents always made sure I was acting up to their intellectual standards. So at age 16, I act like an adult. I smoke marijuana on the weekends due to my rigorous football training schedule. But I feel as though kids my age cannot handle it. They use it as a pathway drug, and I see many a friends addicted to coke now. For most normal people, age 18-21 is appropriate

THC affects your brains neurons and other parts of the brain. A part of all 15 year olds bodies that IS NOT fully developed yet. So while it may not be terrible a safe age is AT LEAST 18, but 21 would be better when your body is mostly developed. No offense... but REALLY not to be a dick, all you 15 yr olds still don't understand whats BEST for you and your body at that age... thus the lack of brain development... Im not trying to be an ass.
