the by-law guy hes a joke lol we do things to our town to make it look nice so popple will come and shop and thats what happens the police are to busy at timmies look what happens to the flower boxs on the bridge there is alot if hard work and time but into them and ther look so noce just so some dumb punk can rip them up and the worst if it is if we catch them doing it we cant do a thing about it like kick the little punks ass or we get in crap for what trying to stop someone lol

Sadly telling the Hanover Police wouldn't do much, this year I witnessed a crime, gave them the first name and address of the youth and they did NOTHING, no surprise really since there is a huge resistance in this town to actually crack down on teen crime.  The Post won't publish names of accused in crimes - they'd sooner protect criminals than the public. The Mayor, council and HPS, the By-law guy, all don't seem to think there's a problem .... so go to bed and sleep easy, the criminals are!
