  • magnifique ! ! !

  • This lady is talented.

  • MY GRANDMA IS PART CONGO PART NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN! SHE LOOKS MORE NATIVE (CENTRAL AFRICA)

  • IDAMAWATU YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!

  • Y Are We On Bout Racez Here

Plz Just Enjoy Dis Congolese Song N Dnt Hate

    Thanx

  • why race always has to come up whenever there's a colored person in the media? can't people just watch and enjoy...or just have a boner? i mean this is borderline soft porn ;)

  • @usaniinaizesheni . Porn is a western concept. The human body is beautiful, and young dancing girls are beautiful for all creation to admire. Suppressing this natural beauty is what leads to porn and perverts.

    Viva Werrason!

  • @femanvate you are absolutely RIGHT, for example, its strange, that in america a girl, who dances to please men is called "exotic dancer", this shows how the west made a connection from african dances to sex

  • In afrika there all skins

My aunt is white but she's zimbabwean

And im Brown so. Even the light skinned one's there are african ;)

  • i would love to see a concert like this. i love the girl in the denim short shorts.

  • And Most African men Prefer light skin women....Have anyone ever seen a miss Africa, with beautiful jet dark skin....?And yeah there that colonial mentality that being dark is not beautiful, which is a complete brainwashing...

  • I agree with u, but i've seen atleast more than 2 miss africa with dark skin. example the 2008 or 9 if am not mistaken shes dark skinned and from Zambia were i come from!

  • Cool! should happen more often, Best way to send message: Dark skin is also beautiful to the next generation.

Today is almost acceptable for women to inject botox in there lips, Butt enhancement to have a fuller behind...Solarium etc...all the above are the features of African woman, free of charge and painless....:-)

  • uh...botox in lips? are we talking about BLACK women here? Don't know too many --any that would acknowledge a remote need for that!

  • Which is exactly MvonJah's point. In light of how black Africa is, do you realize how ridiculous it sounds that there have only been "atleast more than 2 miss africa with dark skin"? That alone speaks volumes, for a place that it prodiminetly black-skinned. And yes, I do know that Africans, like all blacks, come in a variety of shades...naturally --not with chemicals or mixed marriages.

  • @MvonJah

i love dark skin. i love beauty in all it's shades.

  • Good for you! why I wrote "most" not all ...

    Happy holidays!!!

  • that's kinda true but the same goes for most african women also.

  • Sería muy lindo ver la danza africana con vestimenta tribal.

  • Some of these musicians certainly do bleach, but there are many people in Congo and Africa who are naturally light skin. I don't know why some feel, or rather seem, threatened by others bleaching! Some like their skin lighter, others pay a lot of money to get a tan and make their skin a bit darker. It's their lives. I'd say leave them alone. Let them live as they see fit.

  • Shut the fuck up whiteboy, you can only type "FUCK". You know damn well this is too much woman for you. Stick to pancakes.

  • Now thats what we call ass shacking! shake it like it has no back bone.

  • guys people do have a choice when it comes to bleaching, its just like smoking or drinking we all know its bad for us but we chose to do it anyway shall we go back to talking about music,i look to learn as much as i can from these videos not who is bleaching.

  • If one man perceives radiant warm beauty from one woman, and reflect it back to her and his radiant appreciation, her face will become proud. Other women will look and see. I thought I might die from happiness but the radiant happiness is self-regulating.

They take their mask off. They take their light make-up off. They radiate in joy. West-eu phrases like "black is beautiful" still are masks--radiant happy beauty is beautiful and it lights up the skin. West-eu ads blind by cut emotional spctrm

  • you speak the truth . That's the most beautiful thing I've heard in years

  • @Jacobbmarley

well said. love african music and performance.

  • Congolese music is the best sounding in all of AFRICA in my opinion, though as I Christian, I can't get down with some of the lyrics (that is those I understand).

  • congolese music is awesome but you should give south african music a try. in my opinion south african music is the best in the world.

  • Ok, so I hear where you're coming from. I do love traditonal and pop infused traditional SA music. It is so good that sometimes, it can make me cry. And I must admit that reall, the only to really listen to it is LOUD! South African and Congolese music evoke different [instinctive] emotions. But there is lots of SA music that sounds kinda western too. And for that reason, Congo rules. Almost none of it sounds copy cat-ish, but we know that 95% Western musics' roots are African!

  • .and i agree with you. i'm not into the westernised south african music like that of brenda fassi. that stuff disappoints me, however, the bulk of our music is not like that. let me suggest you listen to putamayo and rough guide to south african music. you've probably heard them again.

  • Ok. Here's another thing. I was in Durban for about 9 months sometime ago and actually liked [some] of what BF did, but once I left SA I couldn't stand any of her stuff that was consider smash hits. Please suggest some awesome traditional artists besides ladysmith, masekela, makeba and the like, but something on the talent level of Mtukudzi, SKeita, N'Dour, etc. --Can't wait to read your reply.

  • I freaking love their music, and my boyfriend loves how i move my hipz!!

  • yeeeeesssssssssssssss someone teach me that. good work outr 2

  • I wish i was dancing with them. Somebody need to teach me.

  • Laa Viiidéo el est Goout peenzaa

  • LBG CAPPUCINO

    JE TAIMEEEE

  • .it was a spiritual act practice by women living in fear of infertility. those women were living in constent terror and despair , their relations to this dance was not base on sexual desir or sexual seduction.. that is what I was trying to express...many dancers today are just entetaining their crowd with no spiritual meaning attached to it. however there is nothing wrong with that.

  • sexual desire can be spiritual as well! I would think fertility would be enhanced by arousal...you cant completely separate baby making from sexual arousal! that would be a shame

  • I can separate NO problem ! in fact I do exacly that every night.......

and you're right ; It is So Spriritual......

You've got a christian vue of the world (nothin' wrong with that...).

I''ve got a more epicurian one...You need to go to africa and "Press Refresh" or just read few of the philosophers...

    take care Bro....

  • If I do hip and last two vertrabae and fascia mobility drills I re-invent african dance. The head toss in dance I re-invent when I help my neck. Use it or lose it.

  • Yes , we also need African input to help save the planet .

  • First page i've come across where there's no bad comments. i'm an african (zambian) living in the uk and i listen to african music pretty aaaaaaall the time. love it along with other music types.

    anyway, keep the love spreading.

  • I have truly fallen in LOVE with African People,Music, movies, and products we have been robbed blind of so much as African Americans, and I thank God for the internet where we all can have a open dialogue even when its a few bad comments a Brotha or a Sista from Africa,US,Jamaica,Caribbean or some where in the world stand Up and defend Us as A people that is what makes me so proud to have this Blood the one thing that connects us all no matter the separation,or differences between us

  • this is why is so good to be an African..live from USA

  • heel goed

  • vraiment trop eleigi!!!

    Nous sommes vraiment les meilleurs!!!

  • im a black american from the midwest usa...

1st ofm alll i love all my african decedants from the s.americas, canada, carribean, & more......

    support dem congo werrason girls...

dem sistas werk hard in what they love...

  • I am African American and I can relate to the music even though I don't understand the words.. I feel them.. I dance the same way as Africans because we are the same people,, my ancestors were taken away,, That's the only difference between us.

  • im african, your comment is the best comment ever, five star

  • @Teedles05

    Bien dit !

    C'est dans notre sang !

  • most of these comments about african americans is so untrue...if anything sometimes I think africans try and seperate their culture from african americans...and most of the africans i've met think they're better

  • Honestly,I need to understand this ...You mean , most of the african you've met so far believe to be superior to Americans of African origins ... so if i put it together Those Africans believe to be superior to other AFRICANS .How can a man be superior to himself ?

If you meet anyone of them again , try to get me an answer to that question , please ...lol

    Peace

  • BIG UP BRO!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 12km20 is so right. I for one am african, but i was raised in the u.s. i rembered my family telling not act like an African American because they have no manners and bad values. They rather see me with white friends then with African American friends! Shocking but it is the truth. I am not proud of this.

  • Technically, this is true. In fact, there have been studies done on this very matter and you can find research from the Institute for Social Research @ Univ. of MI. So it's not just in your head. In fact, the same is true of most black immigrants to the US. They try to seperate themselves from black americans during 1st gen. but by 2nd & 3rd, they exp. similar realities and therefore change their perception of black americans and their experiences in the US & Europe. Very interesting study

  • Whatever dont do it to yourself.

    Kipe yayo

  • African do not hate the African America. We are some people, how can we hate them. It just because their left Africa long time ago, that is why there is a big defferent the way we both behavous. But we can't hate them and there can't hate us to. Because that were their was before.

  • Glad you feel this way. We ARE the same, but let's face it, most africans don't think black americans are like them and visa versa. I didn't know this until I became fluent in some local languages and realized that when africans were talking to each other about me they referred to me as a "white person" ; not as a stranger, but as a "white person". There's a local name for both "stranger" & "white person" & I ain't white! As a person from US, I already KNOW what THEY think! We need to unite

  • Some people are real going mad in this world. How can you white some thing like I am a black women from S. American. How does it match with the music we are watching now. It does not real make sense as a comment. What a shame. who care if you live in America. There are people who live in good coutries like Australia but their do not boost, just a commomn America that is why you are boosting as if you are living in Canada.

  • Where did you get that ?

  • African music is all about fun and celebration, im from uganda/GREW UP IN LONDON music..dance hall, bashment, whatever u call it, its still AFRICAN. THE RHYTHEM-IS IN THE BLOOD, IT CAN NEVER EVER LEAVE US, WHEREVER WE GO!!

  • perversion is everywhere, even the sacred African dances has been diluted.

  • This is the "rumba congolaise". You will see it in Congo, Angola, and Zaire. You will also see it in Brazil. Over there, they call it "samba".

  • this dance was dedicated to the godess of fertility. it was a religious act of prayer but like the West THIS african generation have decide to sexualise it beyond recognition.

  • you are clever how do i find more books on african history do you know?

  • go to ask your father they wil tell more about African history

  • How can you over "sexualize" a dance to the "godess of fertility?" I dont see anything wrong with being freaky, sexual, sexy or explicit, especially if this dance is as you say dedicated to the fertility godess...

  • they really know how do move i wish i could move like that butt yeah the girls on the front are they pregnant cause they look like they dancing and their stomact look like tehy are pregnant thought soo are they? cause i fell bad even mor4e even a pregnant women can move like them and my little ass c ant do that then i,m losss.

I used to listen to salsa, merengue, r&b, but uh-uh no more. I've been listening to Congo, ivorian and other african music for years now.

I even saw Werrason perform. Great guy and heritier is sexy and i LOVE roi David.

I still love my haitian music but im turnin towards the African music right now

  • Comment removed

  • this African dancing is not pervert or immoral. Perversion is not everywhere ok. white people always think African dances are pervert because they are hating that they can't dance...by the way, nothing wrong with black men whose pants are sagging. don't hate cause your ass is ugly okay and that their ass is nice....and please don't talk negative about black people okay...

  • go gurl

  • really? what about brigades lidusu? you know what lidusu is right? have you watched mayi ya sika? why are the women humping eachother on lobesos' part? why in a concert does heritier pump bibisias ass one time? why is one of the chick dancers humping the floor?

don't get me wrong, i can't go a day without listening to a congolese jam, but it IS perverted and sexual. sorry but that is the truth...

  • i miss this. that chic in yelow, she's one of the best if not the best i've ever seen, shit! even stripers can't move hips like that. oh, i used to say shakira was the best at hip shakin' she'is good, but she's definately second to this chic.

  • Yea right. that's ur lame opinion.

  • if u can't come up with something to contradict what i just said, then, ur the one who's lame, your opinion is the lame one!

  • Attention Bana mboka to tika ki tribalism. Bana RDC lets unite and focus on our weakness not our strenght. Our country could end up devided if we keep on ignoring the fact that our president is an disingenuous foreigner from Rwanda who is auctioning off our country land, and killing any opposition. While we are distracted by our music and the ambiance it brings in our daily lives. If we don't do anything about this I am 200% sure our country will wind up 10 x worst than when Mobutu was in power.

  • I'm not from Zaire/congo, but I think they really have nice move of dancing. I like they way they dance. I'm trying to learn anyway hahahah

  • That will be Good bro. Tell me where u'r from, may be we can help. Keep up nice man!

  • Kisanola 17.Take a look @ all these comments and what you see are people saying that these girls take drugs, the dancing is immoral, dancers are uneducated blah blah blah...Y'all never really believe in your talents and if your don't believe in your stuff, then you are a wannabe thus easy to colonise. These stars are no different from Paris, linsay and Britney or if not better. Why all this negativity?

  • I agree with you. There is only one thing that you can't teach: Ignorance. Most of these haters are brain washed with the little information they have about Africa that they do not even realize that even the so called Rumba and the whole spanish music dance is originally from Africa. Man guys need some education. Anyhow nice post.

  • what u mean that we were colonised by u.. explain dat really well to me...!

  • Nuba1970... Did you mean "Nubia"? If so, you are the most incredibly uneducated person I have come across on Utube! I have a feeling you are one of those people who feel ashamed of their AFRICAN heritage (how can you?). A nice history book would be good for your next birthday. Man! Unbelievable!

  • I find it incredibly uneducated for any ignorant fool to jump into conclusions.Didn't your folks teach you better? I will be happy to teach you African history and to tame that foolish genes in you. That you can use as your guide to life. Trust me.

  • perversion is everywhere, even the sacred African dances has been diluted.

  • The song has no name. These guys improvise at concerts. Thats what makes their concerts good. But the concert was after the Album: Ca Sonne.

  • Are these chicks really into drugs?, cuzzz sometime they dance so dammb crazy.

  • i heard some of these(not these particulier ones)Congolese dancers in general drink some alcohol or take some stuff to get them loose to perform.

  • Come on! Quit it! Bunch of haters!

  • Dude calm the f*** down. I just said I heard and one of my congolese acquiantances told me that for your info No one is hating at least I wasnt. This is a free country I can say whatever and when ever whether u like or not. So buck off plz and u have a good day.

  • it's called talent. if u grew up listening, following and practicing congolese dancing styles in parties and in the neighborhood, like me, u would know it. shit! girls that i grew up with used to do shit like this in parties all the time, just not always as perfectly as these chics, but that's only because they weren't doin' for livin'. see, that's just how we dance dawg!

  • Stop hating, just stopppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!

  • I agree with you my friend. I'm from Kenya and Congo music is in my blood! One Love -- One Africa!

  • Africans r jus talented!!

  • yaeh, you people think is good to let the kinshasa girls dans like hors , just for one tur in paris, what you think abut education?

  • koffi you fucking dommy haed, keep fucking the yang girls ,,,burn you dick if i see you witch my sister. bicth ass

  • a za kitoko

  • The concert is anice view but I thought that american black men wore there pants under thier bottom.I'm somewhat disappointed.

  • unfortunately the influences of hip hop culture are widespread for better and for worse, including the sagging of pants, its so embarassing to see our african people following any american trend blindly

  • sorry, this has been happening way back before we even knew about hiphop- get over it mate. it aint nothin but music.
