  • Join us! "LIKE" I'm Clean on FB!

  • window cleaning is important for all.

  • lol

  • Watch putting your scrubber on the ground like like all it takes is a little grain of sand or stone and now you have a nice scratch on the freshly cleaned window, just my 2 cents, you can also get all of them supplys at windowcleaningresource along with them O.R. towels not just at windows 101.

  • Real naughty people here benaughtyman.info

  • What is the most effective tool you use to market yourself?

  • Cleaning windows and carpet

  • Sorry, but forgive me for my ignorance on window washing. But, what is the name of that pole/hose attached to the porcupine sleeve that is used to clean 3rd story windows? And, do you need a pressure washer as well?

  • fucking geek

  • Great introductory tips. Hard not to appreciate the basics, which everyone needs to know, whether you're a homeowner or a pro.

  • We sell those supplies @ J.Racenstein Co. And Tanner Falcon is one of our regulars. visit our website @ Jracenstein [dot] com!

  • Nice

  • What a waste of time. I own a 40 man company and if we worked like this I'd be broke. I've been in the business for over 40 years.

  • @genegreenberg It is pretty difficult to work quickly on some residential cleans with Georgian/Lead windows. It is tough labour.

  • @genegreenberg. Doing what ???

  • WTF got to watch 20 short videos just to wash a window!?!? Waste of time. Fake and Gay.

  • I have no idea why I am watching this.

  • Hey guys im just about to start a window cleaning business in Australia... however i have a few questions and if anyone could answer them it would be greatly apreciated! :)

    1) what chemicals do you think works the best for you?

    2) does anyone know the best place to get equipment from online, for cheap?

    3) how much should one charge for residential.. approx.?

    4) in winter/wet weather, do you guys find there is a drop in how much work you get?

    Thanks in advance :D

  • how do you us the end clips??

  • you dont need all that shit

  • fuck adds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but good vid ;)

  • Be Professional-

Your an idiot! You don't know what your doing. Probly the reason you were having companies bid your "Gramma's" house in San Diego. If you loved this business you wouldn't be doing all this video crap.

  • Mike, sounds like your an idiot. A professional one.

  • Aw steve, did I hurt your feelings?

  • What you love this guy? No window cleaning or business skills?

Keep watching the video, he sucks at this. An all his video's suck to.

  • Tanner, I am 45 yrs old father of 3,youngest is 2...I have been a Commercial Fisherman most all my life. The industry is dying and I am having a hard time providing for them....The other night I was trying to come up with some way to fill a niche provide a service and make $. the idea of window washing came to mind....I went to home depot and spent 80 $ on supplies. I don't have a holster so I made one out of pvc for now...I am gong to give a try...Thanks for the inspiration...Larry and family

  • Have you ever cleaned highrise bldgs Tanner Falcon? I do both, and both can be fun and push a profit. I've found that residential pays better though. I do a few 30 to 40 million dollar estates that pay really well. Nice information, and keep up the good work!

  • Looks like you know what you are doing! I'd have you do my windows except I live near Atlanta...

  • Why do you think they call it a squeegee.

    Maybe its a family thing.

  • He forgot to tell them to head down to the Home Depot to pick up all the equipment they will need including cheap illegal labor.

  • easy blue there's plenty of windows out there for you

  • This is what I do that no other window washer does personally in Los Angeles. I go door to door, not leaving flyers, but knock look professional, and have a news letter with refrences. I say " Hello my name is Tanner Falcon and I own Danny Tanner window washing here in Manhattan Beach, I wash over 70 of your neighbors windows, here is a newsletter with information about my services and about myself along wit 10 refrences some whch you may know.

  • my squugee hhhhhhaaaaa, he sa

  • I think it takes a level a physical fitness also to be honest.

  • Wow! You are very cute!

  • Yeah, Big Dumbie let's show all our residential customers what to do.......

  • window cleaning is not rocket science penn. most people just don't want to do it.You learned from someone right?

  • To all you American window cleaners!

Come to the Netherlands! We are the best!

  • My window cleaning business started in college 4 1/2 years ago as a joke, turned out to be profitable, now its my life, I work out of Manhattan Beach, CA. Don't hate that I'm youg, and that I wash windows in the Mecca of Window washing.

  • what do you mean as a joke? i want to hear the story.

  • well not a joke. We were all back from school 4 our 2nd summer home, we were sittin around my friends house and his dad came in and asked us what we were doing for summer jobs. I didnt know, but he told us about this kid who came by with a bucket and squeegy and offered to wash his windows for $50, the house is $200 in and out, ended up trying it one week made some money and ended up working for a pro comp then broke off on my own and clowned around marketing strategies and now doing well

  • cool man, im thinking of doing something similar with cars in az. did you make flyers or what? what strategy was most effective?

  • In the last 1 1/2 alone I have obtained 70 new cients in Manhattan Beach, CA. This beach community is rich, on daily basis I was 2-10 million dollar houses. i'll tell you how.

  • This works have business cards. Next thing you knkow refrences satr rolling in and youll stay busy. Proof is in the pudding, not only have I got new customers doing this but I have taken customers form BIG window washing companies, this of course means offering a lower price than the competition. Oh ya and always start out by saying " Don't worry I'm not selling anything :)

  • i use piss

  • He did not say G4 he said unger the pill

  • this guy is great

  • hes trying to make a decent living...no need to put down people for trying...

  • ok lets tell everyone on the internet how to clean glass and put ourselvs out of work. At least this clown makes it look like you need a ton of junk. We all better go to windo 101 and get some. Yeah right.

  • Blue shock10101, Honestly there is no way showing window cleaning videos will take solid jobs away. That's like saying showing videos of how to change your oil will cost jiffy lube to lose business... Although it is a valid concern, I just don't see it having much effect on our proffesion... Hopefully I'm not wrong, lol

  • Grow up mate

  • rookies, i repel off big ass buildings and do that, 6 foot ladder, haaaaaa!!!!!!

  • Now wait a minute 362 after the first 6' it all pretty much the same> I do hi rise,lo rise youse name it I've doe it. There are more death off ladders then in hi rise.Your standing on a 6' ladder and youse fall and hit your head or fracture your neck and youse are toast,RIGHT? RIGHT !So safety should always be in the for-front, numero uno,and youse are right rookies have a blank sheet in experience so lets educated them here on YOUSE TUBE properly and start them at square1 not at square10.

  • hi im a jehovahs witness and i am a fulltime windowasher, jehovah has blessed me.

  • haha fuck this im a window cleaner all you need is a bucket of soapy water,a sponge, a squigy, a towel and a ladder.

  • Leave the washing up liquid in the kitchen. use proper window cleaning soup my fav is G4.

  • Proper window cleaning soap,right...there isn't any such thing! G4 is just a designer soap designed and sold to guys who don't know better.Youse pay 11 bucks for a quart and 3 bucks for a quart of joy...Go figure they do the same exact thing! It's only a personal preference and if youse have money to burn! Kids First lesson in cleaning windows is "water is a universal solvent".As for me I prefer tri sodium phosphate (TSP).It works better then anything I've ever used and I've used G4 and GG !

  • Washing up liquid is the best, you don't even need any fancy window cleaning products.

  • peterpetersbng you better save your sh*t.

The guy takes the time to share what he knows and the only thing you do is challenge him .... what a looser.

  • Now Now kids we are professionals here and to throw each other under the bus will only make a big mess ! Lets be civil and gain some insight from each other and the Tanner-Man!!

Pete-Man,We can all learn something from everyone even rank bucket hounds!

Punta-Girl,Those cleaners in Germany are a different breed they clean the entire frame on every window, where in the U.S. we clean only the glass & sill and do a cursory on the frame if needed or if ask to,don't be so ready to shed blood kid.

  • @ChileRay
