I really do not see much change in policy, either at home or abroad, which leads me to believe powerful interests beyond the laws of democracy are calling the shots. I do not believe Obama will ever exercise any executive power without expressed permission from the higher-ups. All he had to do to get my support (and the whole of Europe and Latin America) was decriminalize drugs.

I have to give C-SPAN credit as it tries hard to be politically balanced. But it fails terribly in providing a fair demographic representation of panelists and authors.
As a white gentile I'm weary of the gross over-representation of Jewish / Israeli-American pundits on Washington Journal telling us how things are and how they should be. We all have a perspective on our country and it is based upon race, ethnicity and religion. They need to provide a more fair representation to all.
