I understand your intentions, but still it makes me sad to see how this has physically affected you...I wish you all the luck with your start up, but you will need all the energy you can get, before you set out on that ; )
60 days is the longest I can go without having to worry that I am harming myself. 60 is also a very spiritual number. Mesopotamiens based their mathematics on number systems of 6 and 60. Nobody should fast for more than 60 so its my way of saying I am willing to go to the very limit to clean up my life.hope that makes sense

I'm starting a 30 day fast tomorrow. Good luck! I hear the hunger goes away completely after the first week.
