  • 'you're listening to today's best hits on 105.9 on Easy FM'

this is what I hear when I listen to this man's voice. =)

  • I turn this video on and close my eyes listening

  • i love how the one for the inner and outer thigh has the most views

  • if you dont want to see the advertisment just hit f5

  • its not attaching at the glut max:P glut max is attached to tractus iliotibialis aswell :) and yes you can stand up but remember to keep ur weight close to ur body and you will be ok... sposing no extreme lordosis or kyphosis is present.

  • He doesn't need to stand to massage the thigh.

  • If he stands up he has to bend over and that would be bad for his back.Especially if he stood up and bent over all day long .

  • Because he's sitting? That happens.

  • The tensor fasciae latae does not go all the way down the leg. It is about 3 fingers wide at the top of the thigh, located between the upper fibers of the rectus femoris and the gluteus medius. attaching at the IT tract and the gluteus maximus. The group of tendons and ligaments you meant to say is Ilio-tibial band or tract. It's okay, alot to rememberwe all make mistakes

  • mind = blown
