i'm split on what he says about agriculture cos on one hand its very true on the other hand the USA is flooding the African market. For example, Ghana, is often shown to be producing more rice than the country needs but the home produced rice is not selling because America rice is marketed as an AFFORDABLE LUXURY, thus crippling the farmers and other SMEs who are affected in the same way.

Going to Ghana is best though, Kenya wouldn't have really made an impact on African politics.

As an American who studies Africa, Ghana is the most appropriate choice for the first visit of a US president.Zambia..is more or less irrelevant in making a symbolic gesture.There is nothing wrong with it,but some research on Ghana will prove it is a shining star in Africa .There is also something to be said about Black African power structure in Ghana compared to all of southern Africa that would make it a better choice in sending a message.
