  • Wow! What an eye opener! I have smoked several years and decided to quit about 4 months ago. It took me up untill two days ago to actually do it. I am only 2 days smoke free, but, watching this I know I will never put another cigarette in my mouth. I feel VERY blessed that I came across your video. Thanks!

  • does anyone know how to set this up??

  • Hi this is a great video I just recently quit smoking what I want to know is natural ways to help speed up the process of cleaning your lungs of the tar how is that possible or do you just have to wait it out and hope that excersise and water speeds up your process

  • I would to detoxes there are some good ones at your local health food store, of course good clean water daily is very important for this, the recommended amount is about 8-10 glasses a day, especially one in the morning when you body is more full of toxins. I'd also recommend going to a sauna/spa you can actually sweat out some of the toxins through your skin. Other than that I'd recommend the usual for good health including good diet, exercise and of course the water.

  • Both of my parents died of lung cancer from smoking for decades. Not a good way to go. My sons saw it and will never smoke because of it. Not that anyone gets out of here alive anyway, but I can think of far better ways to go.
