@TheMrBlinx All depends on what you want to model. There's everything from Alco to whatever you can imagine. If you mean did EMD ever make one this size, the answer is no.
@kleetus92 I mean one that works like a real full size EMD, where a diesel engine turns a generator which powers electric drive motors on the wheels, just like the big boys. That would be interesting to see.
Yep... there were a couple of live steam engines out there this time around. Most were battery operated, and a few gasoline units. Steam is by far the most fun to operate. You have your hands full as both engineer and fireman. Add in the signaling aspects, and you better have your game together or you're gonna cause some traffic tie ups! This fellow is a real engineer too... some guys have all the luck! Super nice guy too...
