It has a basic overhead. I do not have an AOM for the IL-96...I wish I did.

If there are any Cubana pilots who want to send me an IL-96 AOM ...they will get a panel.

The yoke will only move when I am manually controlling the aircraft (as you can see on short finals I am and the yoke is moving)

Well I do not have FSPassengers but the FA's voice is from a free download from their site.

So I guess one can make FSP speak in many different languages.

It is post production using Sony Vegas. Edit out the FS pilots voice...record and insert your own.

And where did you get those side views, and where did you find so quality pictures for background bitmaps.

There are only two places I go for help for gauge creation (I only make XML gauges).

The AVSIM panel and design forum and fs2x(dot)com

For the IL-96 cockpit photos...just search for IL-96 at avsim(dot)ru...and you will find a file which is just photos.

Excellent! When I see the quality of your videos it makes me wonder why microsoft developed FSX. It seems FS9 still has lots of mileage.

Absofreekinlutely!...FSX did not fix anything I wanted in FS9 in fact it broke a lot of codes rendering it unuseable for me.

I have many many more flights to make in FS9....I just hope developers keep supporting this excellent sim as there are many airports I would like to fly to that need to be modelled.

Great video as usual!! Seemed like a real soft landing, though you still bounced, if that a problem with the FDE on that model?

Very well spotted indeed sir!....you must be an experienced simmer.

I took the greatest care to make sure the landing was smooth as I knew because of the FDE she would bounce if she was 1 knot over the landing speed.

So yes the FDE could be better but I am no FDE expert.

Still I was very happy with the landing...and I'm sure I heard a virtual applause from the cabin as we touched down. LOL

Yup, been simming every version since FS1 on my old IBM PCjr! Only got to fly at the controls for real twice though, but that was on an AT6 and a TF-51D Mustang! You can see videos of the Mustang flight on my channel!
