in regards to the comments that she would not only not learn anything from a professional, but that her abilities would diminish, is up for debate. A true 'professional' would be able to, not only recognise and isolate her unique talent, but would be able to enhance it. Even for no other reason than informing her what it is that makes her unique specifically. It would be like saying that a boxer who is a natural athalete needs no trainer, no corner man; that training him would be a waste.

I find the argument that Connie has to "improve" rather odd--she's already in the Guiness Book of World Records and is beloved throughout most of the world. I shudder at the thought of her studying under professionals and burying the qualities that got her to where she is now under an avalanche of fake mannerisms and vocal techniques. What she has transcends technique--as they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
