  • Hey mark is there anything you can do to preserve the hops other than put them in the fridge? Can't the brewer do something to preserve the hop flavors in hoppy beers?

  • @100percentNatural100 Yes, they can use specific types of hops in beers that are meant to be aged. As for IPAs, there's not a whole lot. The hops will not keep the flavor bright and fresh for an extended period of time. Remember, there's a difference in preservation and flavor/aroma...

  • Damm, nice review. Struisse Brouwers, keep on beeing one of the best brewery in Belgium. I had a normal 'Black Damnation', wauw that packed a flavor.
