@Discombolulatedone you cannot anymore because ea shut the official(ranked) servers down,and to get ranks and weapons you need to play on ranked servers which are turned of by EA long ago,so this is only way and works on ver. 1.0,at last i can be sure it works on that version

@MrBallzz01 i dont know if you picked default or you made custom installation destination,so when you solve that,you need to go to: EA Games>>battlefield 2>>python>>BF2>>stats>>and than unlock,which is tricky to open,so try to open it,and when it says it cannot find program to open with,select wordpad(not ms word,it must be WORDPAD) and than simply change numbers and Save. this method is only one to do now since EA doesnt run any official servers-can't write anymore thank u for wtchn
