  • The Scientist is a guy named Ralph Ruppert. German producer.

  • @mrgrimviking The scientist isnt Ralph Rupert,he is called Phil Sebastien.Rupert was the producer.

  • @townheadfury I got confused when I wrote this. It's actually Phivos (Phil) Sebastiane.

  • @mrgrimviking I know all about him & the other artists that were signed to kicking.

    Discogs is great isnt it.

  • Was that supposed to be a dig at getting his name from Discogs? Well done for 'knowing' him.

  • @mrgrimviking you must of got confused again as i never said that i know the scientist,i said i know all about him!

  • @Makadonska27 No one like The Scientist. Classics every one.

  • The Scientist is DJ Hype I believe, pre drum n bass days

  • @richlufc92 umm no, close though... DJ Hype managed the production and mixdowns on the Scientist's and other Kickin' label producers around 1990-91 but the Scientist himself is not DJ Hype, although I presume they were close music bedrins at that time

  • None of the tunes created in the last 10 years come any where close this era

  • Pure electronic wizardry. One of my all time favorite EPs. Many thanks for the UL Shroomer.

I brought this back in '91 though lost it somewhere over the years. Out of all my records it's the one I miss the most.
