As far as I know, TU-154's with the original engines ARE banned in SOME places, however, it's definitely not the whole Europe. However, there are hush kits for them that make them a whole lot quieter.
Besides, Russia and Ukraine are in Europe... And they obviously fly these, since they are the ones that build them.
i dont think the TU154 is banned in europe, but europe want that the russians buy their planes i think... i mean Look at Some European Planes, Some of them are Loud as the Tupolev,too, and the Tu154M is Fitted with Engines which are Optimal for the Shitty Europe Noise Law :)

Azért gyorsul lassan mert a TU154esnek a hajtóművei nem tudnak olyan ütemben felpörögni mint 737nek vagy egy a320nak példaképpen.

How many of the 154 are still flying? Sometimes i hear loud airplanes on high altitude over my home on Gotland (Sweden). Mabe the TU-154 i think :)

I flew in them the 3 times i went to Bulgaria, the first time being 7 years ago. Best plane ive ever flew in.
