My buddy did the WarCraft Workout, this is back in Warcraft 3, where he'd pump out as many pull ups as he could while his games would load. He could barely do 1 at first and then he became a BEAST and can pump out 20 no problem. Oblige yourself to some exercise while your games load and push yourself HARD and you'll see results.

I absolutely need to know this, why; when I am listening to a live play session of a Starcraft 2 pro or top player, all I can hear is them smashing away at their keyboard and mouse even in VERY early game. They clearly aren't doing anything with those hits and if it's for APM then isn't it kind of fake APM?

@Phobzi I think your looking at it the wrong way, think of it more as getting warmed up for exercise, if they start pushing their apm early, even if most of it is spam. It gets them warmed up and ready for when their will be actual uses for that apm. Comparable to working up to sprinting by walking, jogging then running. instead of just jumping out of a chair and sprinting.
