  • Excelent work.

I do not have a birth certificate , but have lived here since 1965.Had a naturalisation certificate but lost it. will any of above apply to me -can I go to court and behave as a freeman

  • This is interesting, is applicable for American courts too?

  • Hey Mr AT...I thought the point was to declare yourself the Executor and Beneficiary of the trust and let the judge know the they (the Crown) are the Trustee?

  • im trying to get to learn all this an i have a case which im going to test it on any advise before i do this my court case is on the 22/sept/11

  • Where could someone learn about the paper work?

What about saying I'm a third party representative?

This is great I'm only getting into common law! Why weren't we thought this stuff in school.

    Great work Anti-T!

  • i like these videos but a lot of it is going over my head, can anyone recommend some reading on the law for the beginner.

  • Amazin!

  • so if i went to a magistrates court for assault lets say:

So i dont give the judge my name or stand up?

then askif they hav a claim against me? ask the prosecuter the same, should they say no.

    then just leave?

    thanks

  • @vxSMOKEYxv

No assault is in common law so you would have to face the music

  • @vxSMOKEYxv

No assault is in common law so you would have to face the music, theres only four laws to abide by.

  • At 4.27 of this video you state (to the judge) "I am here as a Trustee of private trust..." Isn't that incorrect, as the Trustee of a trust carries the liability, ie. the charges. The Beneficiary has no power however does not carry any liability. Please explain sir.

  • @604maxpower The key word here is 'private".

If I was discussing the public trust, i would certainly not be claiming to be a trustee.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist i need to do more home work , and i'm very willing to test some of this, got a good case if your interestd! dude

  • Im liking these videos. Way too much to take in at once. Gonna have to watch over & over.

Questions for you. Would what you have talked about work in the Family Court at the County Court buildings? Also can i throw the Legal Fiction at them on my next appearance after ive already been in court twice answering to my Mr Legal Fiction.

Ah fcuk it 1 more question. Do you know anything about family courts? Any loopholes to get around the its in the childs best interests gagging order? Shame on them!

  • "If you make yourselves sheep, the wolves will eat you." -- Benjamin Franklin

  • claiming your freedoms is over rights....rights are manmade freedoms are God gifted..Treason is undertaken when those in charge of rights get bloated with power and remove rights arbitrarily...Freedoms over rule rights!!

False oaths and those bearing them are acts of treason!!

owlmon on your tube channel has videos on treason

  • Hi Anti-Terrorists, top video and I watch a lot of them. On recommendation from my friends at TPUC.org.

Just one minor question, on 0.18s. what do you say? - ...with full reservation of my ?? rights.....

    thanks and great work!!

  • @andypholland1975 "Unalienable." Be well.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

Thanks and I'm just listening to Lawful Rebellion's Talk and he mentioned you 'Kudos to Anti-terrorist' and he did state "Sir, I need to let you know that I am reserving all of my UNALIENABLE rights at all times and I give up none of my rights for any cause or reason"

    Thanks!

  • @andypholland1975 same thing I was wondering and I just so happen to have a speeding ticket.

  • in order to win in court do you need a notice of special visitation and amicus curai

  • This guy is brilliant, he is a good guy, cant wait to read the book, but i wonder if he cracks jokes, the judge has a bad day, his dog might have pissed in his house, lol class

  • This is GENIUS and funny!

  • FYI for American people the article 2 Judicial power was terminated with the 11th amendment. In law and equity. the only 2 jurisdictions left in America is administrative or civil. Under the Administrative jurisdiction they can only try a clerk secretary, Prosecutor barrister, lawyer anyone in their society or who works under there corporation. The authority is the admin procedure ACT senate bill 7 60 stat 247.people can only be there as a plaintiff.

  • MY FRIEND ...MAY I CALL YOU MY FRIEND WE HAVE TRIED THE NAME GAME IN COURT AND THE FIRST THING THEY PULLED ON US WAS THAT THEY WOULD CONTINUE EXPARTE AS WE WOULD NOT ACKNOWEDGE THE PERSON IN COURT THEN I HAD A FRIEND ACTING AS MY POA AND HAD HIM STEP UP AND ANSWER AND QUESTION ON MY BEHALF THE JUDGE THEN WAS LOOKING FOR ME AND MY FREIND ACTING AS POA PULLED OUT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND SAID HERE IS WHOM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND THE JUDGE THEN ASKED IF THIS WAS THE FLESH AND BLOOD MAN NO

  • @rayzorz123 AND THE JUDGE SAID IT WAS THAT FLESH THAT WAS CHARGED SO IT WAS THE FLESH HE WAS SEEKING WE WERE STUNNED AS I UNDERSTAND CORPORATIONS CANNOT CONTRACT WITH THE FLESH

  • @rayzorz123 Delaware trust company , Wilmington trust company and the corporate trust company of America, all petitioned to the Republic of Delaware to create Private legislation to have a person take on a corporate image but it was not to be construed to mean a natural person. This can be found in Delaware Administrative code Title 8 chapter 6 section 617 This required all corporations in Delaware to have a last name. In Texas the same thing happened. TX admin code chapter 79 section 79.31

  • 10:00

This should've been done a long time ago...

  • There is some more first hand knowledge of court on my channel.

  • you never never never ever plead not guilty cuz then you have to prepare to argue and we dont argue the law cuz they are copywritten by england. we accept for value and discharge the obligation through our exempt status with the u.s.treasury. when we accept for value you now have the documents in your possesion and you take away the judges jurisdiction and settle the controversy that exist between the plaintiff and the strawman.

  • I found in my case in front of the magistrate, the clerk of the court did all the talking. I was in effect prosecuted by him. The magistrate didn't talk once.

I left bamboozled and confused. I'm glad I took a stand though. I'm sure I cost the state much more than the £130 fine I got.

  • Are you established as a secured party ceditor? Did you file things like a right of claim and intent?

  • so what would be a play by play for walking into a court, i am about to put all this info to use, but am still slightly vague on the subject and that cannot be when i am in court

  • Thank you so much for these videos. Everyone should watch these videos.

  • well in the real cases i've seen do this perfectly, untill you give them juristiction the judge will say that your name has not showed up and issue a bench warrant at that piont---if you do not admit that you are the legal fiction then automatic bench warrant for not showing up to court----what is the defense on that one? all the blessings, DOCKTOR J

  • thanks for the love

    :o)

  • Thank you AT for two important pieces of information.

    pce

  • At 1:02 his left side of the glasses turns into one big pupil its so cool!!

I was totally mesmerized well all the info is very deep and important stuff too!!!...... lol

  • great stuff.

  • this is all great information but these contracting bastards that operate the way they do have tons of tricks in the bag like the tooth pick thing. Can you issue the court a contract stating "In no way shape or form do I (the Sovereign Individual) waive any of my rights, enter into any contracts or enter any jurisdiction." any party doing business with the party issuing this contract (the Sovereign Individual) must sign below. Any comments regarding this comment, please share. breezebruno

  • I know of someone in New Zealand that 'surrenderd' his birth certificate aka "The defendent" to the judge when the person was called "I am the third party intervener and I am here to surrender the defendent to you.." ha ha

  • That's great. Tell them you don't understand them. That means you don't stand-under them. "I do not understand you". officials always say very forcefully "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME" They are asking if you are going to stand under them. say "I only understand the laws of the most high creator of everything that is"

  • Comment removed

  • AT is referring to RULE24 (intervention) Rule24 permits a party to intervene in an action either as a plaintiff or as a defendant when specifically permitted by U.S. law; when the action may impede or impair the intervenor's interest, which is otherwise unrepresented by the existing parties; or when the applicant's claim or defense raises the same question of law or fact as the existing claim. This type of "intervention" is accomplished by a "motion to intervene". Verbal Power of attorney is N/A

  • Pull any such thing in courts here and the judge will find you in contempt .

  • Unlikely, there are specific guidelines to be in contempt of court.

  • It all sounds very well and good, but I cannot see these slimy little toads letting you manipulate their lovely little proceedings and letting you call all the shots somehow. They are well versed with barrack room lawyers, they deal with you and me all the time, it's their job and they seem to know it very well. Courts are designed to be daunting places, and Joe Average hasn't got a cat in hell's chance!

    But I could be wrong.

    Great videos by the way....

  • The issue is not whether they will "let" you manipulate the proceedings. They have no choice. Listen to Anti-Terrorist's argument. If they deny you the rights you get from god/nature, they are condoning slavery.

If this happens on the record, they loose their judicial immunity. You can now sue them personally as they are exercising unbridled power.

None of use were born with a shock collar around our neck. We've just been fooled into putting one on.

  • the point here is that they can't lock you in jail unless you wave your rights and they have legal jurisdiction over you. Locking you in jail over 300 dollars is laughable. They know speeding tickets and other BS that go with owning a car these days is wrong. you can get out if you don't submit and retain your sovereignty. If you kill somebody or commit an actual horrible offense you're going to jail. And you should.

  • Am I to understand that the name on the Birth Certificate and the Social Secuirty Number that was created when I was born is the same as the DBA and TIN/EIN for my business?

  • what paper work should i have given to the court/judge whoever before entering the court ?

  • Can't you be held in contempt if you do all of this? I live in the US, not UK.

  • Contempt? Civil or criminal? :-)

  • Good point

  • @TheAntiTerrorist All criminal offenses in America fall under title 50 under trading with the enemy act. That is where the State of Vs. JOHN DOE is seen as a combatant resident alien. But the all caps name is the resident alien foreign to the people who are the sovereigns. When we were perjured into believing we were US citizens we became a foreign resident. of course the US citizenship was given to Black slaves and the rebellious Southern states. Always understand the intent of the ACT

  • Not if you are sovereign. If you have all of your rights and don't wave them there's nothing they can do in small beans cases like this.

  • the prosecutor works for the state...so does the judge doesn't he? if you were to ask them if they both work for the state is that not collusion? Can you ask them 'how do i get a fair trial if you both work for the state or the same corporation?

  • what happens if the court does not put any thing on record or do not have recording of any type in court

  • thank you

  • very very good, nice to know i can send in my representative and be a fly on the wall!!!!!!! sounds thats the way our equals have been operating for generations.

  • fantastic stuff!

I've been following freeman on the land

but it is great to have this explained on video

& you add so much more

many many thanks, I have knowledge

  • What is it you need to obtain before entering and attending their place of business?

  • Amicus Curai and a Notice of special visitation

  • Thanks for that, have been studying free man for several months, have used it with debt collection agencies, got a big one coming up and will go to court if necessary to challenge it. Keep the info coming. What would be useful would be information based on different contracting scenarios people might find themselves. in

  • fantastic. I am having a problem with my bank at the moment and they have charge me nearly £2000 in unarranged overdraft fee's because i could not get on their website to manage my accounts.( the ault was with them) can you tell me if there is a way i can get this money back pls?

  • I would not 'plead' anything. consider a 'demur' instead.

  • I had 5 tickets dismissed at once in Nashville. Here's how I did it: Upon arrival I opened my red hot radiator cap and received chemical burns to me face. I then asked a few key people if they had an aspirin that I could have and asked for directions to the hospital. I then sat in the courtroom with a wad of wet paper towels on my face and went in and out of consciousness. I stood up when I heard my name and all I remember is the bailiff

asking me if I knew what had happened with wide eyes ;)

  • I don't think you get it.

  • I didn't purposely burn myself... I get it but my theory is to just stay the hell away for the police to begin with. I do however try to break a different new law each and every day ;-)

  • @TheAntiTerrorist if you like to know more about common law consider Bill Thornton on 1215 dot org. He has all 12 types of actions in common law and 5or 6 defendant options. But if I found my self in a defender position I would counter claim making it Plaintiff V. plaintiff. Respectfully William-Joseph

  • As far as I can remember in the US it boils down to a simple"guilty or not guilty" and the defendant simply responds with"guilty,no contest or not guilty" and that's about it. I suffer with anxiety and would almost rather just pay the 100 bucks and get the hell out of there. Now, I'm sure you consider this to be an act of cowardice but 99.6 % of the population is simply unprepared to have such a lengthy, intelligent conversation with the judge.

  • would the same rules apply here in ireland?

  • I have to attend court in 8 hours for speeding, I can't wait.

  • Please document the outcome here :)

  • Although subversive, and possibly illegal, documenting these cases with vid cams and/or tape recorders and publishing on youtube would help this movement immensely.

  • I just served 48hours for contempt of court for having a recording device and asking questions they didn't understand and also for disrupting the courts with my questions. I will make a video about my experiences within the next couple of days so keep posted

  • im sorry i couldnt understand you at 7:46

you'll take your what out of your folder?

  • Birth certificate

  • AT,. I like you when your informative,. in some way, But your comedy, with the wig judge,.. and forget being ever heard, where you can ask a judge a question with out being shut up,.,. Its not a conversation,. So your beginning to lose credibility .

  • The AT, along with others such as Robert Menard, are doing great service to their brothers and sisters all over the world....hope they keep up the fantastic work and that the people start to act upon this truth and wisdom

  • you have to literally "object" otherwise it is not a "proper" rebuttal. and they will not care or take any action unless you object.

  • Now, this is what our children SHOULD be learning from a very young age.

  • Hell yeah.

  • this is one of the best 3 part shows

  • Ooh! I'll have to learn this off by heart.

  • I protest the placement of a yellow fringe on the flag of the United States of America in this courtroom. The crimes of which I am accused are not alleged to have happened on the high seas, and I am not otherwise subject to Admiralty Law. I do not submit to a Maritime Tribunal -even by implied consent. I am a United States citizen and demand that my rights be upheld under the Law of the Land, the United States Constitution.

  • if all defendants would insist on a flow-blown trial rather than plead out the system would break.

thanks for the vid! ,AT. Being in court can be intimidating but HOLD YOUR MUD!

  • great-will study further.

  • Tremendously powerful information. I find this all both terrifying and empowering. Thank you.

  • *****

Really good info.. Well delivered. Thanks.

  • This guy makes me laugh quite a bit. Good advice to keep in mind.

  • The most effective method to stay calm is to take deep breaths and stretch your muscles.

  • Could you put a video out, about somebody being convicted of a felony. I'm trying to study my case and u seem to know a lot about this!

  • So what about if the Judge does have his oath of office with him? or if he reads it out to the recorder?

  • Is that a serious question...?

I shall take it that it was. If the judge's oath of office is 'noticed' for the record, either by the judge or by your good self, he is bound by it and has to be impartial. If the Judge is not bound by his oath he is inclined to lean towards the side that will contribute best to his slush fund...namely the banks.

  • .....

  • what i hate about all these vids is the advanced paperwork needed is briefly mentioned this is the true power the ucc-1 which you need to take control of to be able to set these bonds to zero i am just learning still but i get the concept .. with out the ucc-1 i believe you can not be the trustee at current you r co trustee i understand using your signature to settle debts and from what i understand i can go out and get a brand new car and then settle the debt with my signature

  • You are not the Trustee of the 'public' trust, your guardians are. You are merely the beneficiary in that particular arrangement, wherein lies your power.

The information required regarding the paperwork is available from many google and yahoo groups.

  • Excellent, as usual, AT...

  • I think It is much easier to file a notice of a foreign court than to go through all of that in person where you could mess up accidentaly. Once you serve notice to them then all procedings must be carried out under the jurisdiction you established in the notice. Notice: The above statement is just my opinion and is not legal advice as I am not a lawyer.

  • Important: The judge - who is his employer?

You may ask "Are the defendant entitled to a fair and unpartial trial/hearing and treatment?" Judge will have to answer "Yes". Then you may reply "Who are your employer as judge, who do you represent in this matter?" He will have to answer "The State, Gov't, King/Queen".. You reply: "If so, I am not ensured unpartiality, the judge representing a party in the case? I cannot accept this on the defendants behalf."

Which will probably blow the lid off.

  • Always act as a "representative for the defendant" - never let that go.

The word persona implies a role, a character, a mask by definition.

This persona is the one they try to handle, for it is the only thing they can hinge you on.

So, act as a representative all the way.

Tho it may seem schizo, do it, but also make it clear that you just play by the rules and are not a Section8 ..

  • Jesus that Judge sketch is an absolute Rib Shaker.

    Pure Class.

  • I have a turning violation ticket I have to fight this method would work for it?

  • Makes me want an unpaid parking ticket...

  • badass

  • that's an excellent video and you can see the numerous attempts to create joinder. you'd have to be on the top of your game.

  • thank you mr antiterrorist!!!:)

  • LOL love the judge

  • keep em commin bud.. but gah. This has got to be tough to do.

What would be a good infraction to get mixed up with for practice?

  • Try knocking off a policy enforcer's hat...on second thoughts, just start with the parking ticket.

  • Ha ha, i cant wait to go through all this.

I hate the bstds, i really do. I always struggle wiht them, but i like the ammo. Thanks.

  • hahahahahahalmao aar get away from me bump bump

    bump lol "V"

  • Excellent information.

The chipmunk voice is a bit shrill, though.

Keep fighting the information war, Timothy!

  • Will you fill in the blanks please?

@ 6:18 "______certain that I am that legal fiction"

@6:30 "it appears you are operating under the presumption that I am an _____ UK person"

    Thank you...Timothy =D

  • By asserting

    En Legis

  • Thanks for clarifying. Now, is this interchangeable with the US court system?

  • Your lawyers are all members of the BAR (the British Accredited Register), so yes it is interchangeable. Having said that, your policy enforcement officers are a little more gung ho than ours are. If you are assaulted by an officer, you can sink his battleship, commercially speaking, if you know how.

  • Thanks. I am going to do my best to blast him, from starboard AND port ;)

I looked for "en legis", in Black's Law 5th, and online, but I can not find it. Can you give me a clue as to where to look?

Again, thanks for doing what you do...can't wait to read your books =]

    Much Love, Brother.

  • en legis=in law

  • I keep listening and learning.

  • Hi there! i'm back ... sort of...thankyou for your efforts. i am getting there slowly but surely. this is great advice and YES it does work. i believe i have made some progress but am still sorting out many other issues. Your videos and support helped me greatly.

    love 'n' light,

    x

  • This is very interesting, but I have to totally switch gears in my head to come close to understanding. I think I understand the over all premis, but baffled by the details.

  • ...and when Dorothy sprinkled her rights on the wicked judge he dissolved into brown sugar and didn't hurt nobody no more

  • ive never seen mr. on a birth certificate either although it does indireclty get added when your 18 somehow, i dont even know

  • Excellent Thank You Sooo much for this

  • will this work in the States

  • yes.

  • Amazin explanation and well .....just big smiles from me all around, just what I needed to hear, wicked stuff!!!!

  • Transcripts are available on my site. A link to which is available on my YT page.

  • it is amazing how they have deduced us all to a number into an equation to a percentage to see who lives or dies.

  • explained better than i have ever heard before. a step by step which is what many of us need to hear as many of us will be appearing in court. i also see there is not much difference in england's courts than america's courts. hm now there is some food for thought. seems our forefathers brought the court system with them.

  • Not all of our forefathers, just the Jesuits and the attorners!!

    Armed and Sovereign or death!

  • i'll go with that.

  • It's just business, I must keep telling myself this & not take it 'personal' beacuse I am not a person, but an agent for a person!

Great judge sketch, had me in stitches! & the next...

You have your site up & running now? Must check it out!

  • GOOD GOOD I need to practice this.

  • Do so. It's worth it mate!

  • As usual, AT, great work, peace and respect to you and yours. Keep fighting the good fight, peacefully, of course.

  • I am THREE DAWG, Jockey of discs, teller of truths!

    ...Lawl.

  • but with a gun in your back pocket just in case

  • Great info AT! Please put up a link to these instructions, written, if available.

  • Transcripts will be available on my site shortly.

  • I love a true life comedy. LMFAO! he shows it for what it is. A Joke, And every joke is intended for a desired affect, So let the laugh be on them.....Not you.

  • The three c's calm cool and collective...,very good advice, ty.

  • The only problem I see is that, as seen in the "couch on the lawn case", the man in the dress is likely to have you arrested for contempt of court and the men with gun will come and lock you up.

  • One could claim I didn't file the right paperwork and granted them jurisdiction by standing when they called my name.

Of course, they'll probably just do whatever they want, but I'd love to see someone try this approach.

  • That would be assault and unlawful detention, which would be grounds for a heavy commercial lien.

  • I find this type of information fascinating. It's just when I see all of the proper questions to ask I think back to Ian trying to ask one simple question and the judge going insane.

Will any government really enforce a commercial lien? I would hope they'd follow their own law, but I find it more likely they'll use force and/or ignore it.

Ian could possibly file some lawsuit for what was done to him too, but in the mean time he'd be sitting in jail with all of the consequences of that.

  • ...continued...

I don't mean to sound defeatist and negative. I am positive overall that freedom will win. This approach, is no question, one avenue to I hope to see explored more.

Thanks for your work. I'll definitely keep watching.

  • Governments do not enforce liens, men do, using lawful due process. There is always remedy and it is there to be found.

  • Excellent work!

  • Thanks for this AT. I'm no lawyer, but I believe much of this is applicable in US courts as well.

  • I think US courts are merely maritime courts, which means british soil. I heard some others talk about this. Max Igen I think it was.

  • Man, this is just 100% pure gold. If this one doesn't get you closed down, you're an agent. ;-)

  • let's get this out folks !!!!

  • Could you do a video like this on being stopped by the police while driving? e.t.c.

  • I can see your hoemwork thus far has been 'Nitty-gritty' they've been directing this carry on, and the more peeps who hear and weas your work the better the whole planet will prosper, it's that vital.

You've broke massive ground here AT.

  • Could anyone recommend any books on this subject?

  • 'Adventures in Legal Land', by Marc Stevens, is a good accessible start.

  • Thank you for providing such high quality educational material.

  • This idea is great. on to #3

  • Lol@10:10

    Great stuff Mr AT

  • thanks AT

  • Very interesting.

  • entertaining

  • It would be nice to have mock court sessions for this type of stuff similar to mock interviews. People in the freedom movement need to be prepared before they enter that courtroom, and anticipate and be ready for anything that will be thrown at them.

  • Excellent Idea!!!!

  • Hey there!

  • Yes, it is very powerful, I've done it and will continue too!

  • Great info....downloading......

  • This is Great!!
