I love Akira. One of the best movies ever made. I agree that when anime became more mainstream we got flooded with crap. I remember going into the very small anime sections of video stores and getting dirty looks as if I went into the porn section. Now anime is everywhere.
As for the next movie, I can not guess. It must be a movie I have not seen or do not remember.
Confession time: I never liked Akira; I thought Akira was boring and completely pretentious. I tried watching once back in my sophomore year in college. I just could not finish watch the whole flim. However, I understand the film significance and its importance. Next movie is Willow! I remember those monsters.

One of the most epically violent movies i have ever seen ( at least for a cartoon)!!!! Loved it Loved It Loved it!!!!!!!

Well, you've got a month to try and work it out ;p. I'll be travelling so I won't get a chance to do more moofie vids for a bit.
I also hope America leaves Akira alone. I'd be REALLY surprised if they tried to do anything with it. It's pretty out there.
